JVCT blends technology and rental accommodations. Our guests simply select their suite type, and just enjoy their stay. That’s it. We do the heavy lifting to make a best effort to make your stay is as simple as possible. As our guest, you will be exposed to voice controls and optional interactive communication with integrated smart devices. If you like smart devices, we have them. Otherwise, if you don’t that’s cool too. Our demo homes are functional with or without smart technologies.
Your stay will be in one of our demo homes. Our demo homes are comprised of various suites that you can select for your stay based on your needs. Additionally, your selection will have an occupancy limit that will be based on your selection. JVCT will require that stay remain within the limits of room occupancy.
